Hi, I’m Mara Knowlton, the founder of Knowlton & Co. I’ve spent close to two decades in corporate working in business management, finance, HR, contract management, and talent acquisition. I hold a Bachelor’s in Business Management, a Master's in Contract Management, and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification, but my true strength lies in seeing the bigger picture and solving problems at the root.
What sets us apart? I combine analytical thinking with hands-on experience to help small businesses eliminate bottlenecks, improve employee retention, and streamline operations from the inside out.
